I am a real estate consultant, investor and administrator with more than 10 years of international experience between Italy and the Mexican Caribbean. My approach combines innovation, hospitality and technology to maximize income and guarantee an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.

I run two companies: one in Italy in Sardinia, the European Caribbean, Sardinia Rent Experience and another here in Mexico MYOP - Manage Your Own Property. I have the honor of being part of APAR - Association of Professional Vacation Rental Administrators, I am a certified Real Estate Advisor and member of the strongest Property Managers community in the entire Riviera Maya.

We also manage complaints and maintain direct contacts with Booking and Airbnb assistance to activate insurance or refunds when necessary, thus protecting your property and investment.

Yes. All our contracts include a guaranteed satisfaction clause. If the owner considers that the agreed services are not being fulfilled or detects a significant and verifiable decrease in generated income, they can cancel the contract with 30 days prior notice.
