The Gaggiano Method is applicable to a wide range of residential properties, including houses, villas, apartments, condominiums, B&Bs, residences, haciendas and hotels. Our approach adapts to the specific needs of each type of property to maximize its potential.
We have a 24/7 emergency response system and a network of qualified service providers. All maintenance requests are handled within a maximum of 24 hours, and emergencies are handled immediately. In addition, we implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize emergencies. We also manage complaints and maintain direct contacts with Booking and Airbnb assistance to activate insurance or refunds when necessary, thus protecting your property and investment.
Yes. All our contracts include a guaranteed satisfaction clause. If the owner considers that the agreed services are not being fulfilled or detects a significant and verifiable decrease in generated income, they can cancel the contract, respecting the contractual terms, with 90 days prior notice. However, our commitment to quality and results has resulted in a client retention rate of over 95%, which reflects the effectiveness and trust generated by the Gaggiano Method.
